Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your AppJourney Tasks account and the data attached to it. It applies to the app published by AppJourney under the package name com.appjourney.tasks.

Delete it in the app

Open the app and go to Profile → Delete account. Confirm, and the app immediately:

• deletes your cloud profile in Google Firebase (Firestore) — your email, display name, phone number, language, platform and app version, push token, attribution data, and the task and note counts listed in the privacy policy;
• signs you out and revokes the app's access to your Google account;
• wipes everything the app stored on your phone — tasks, task lists, notes, voice recordings, transcripts and photos;
• and, if you tick "Also delete the AppJourney calendar in Google", deletes the calendar named "AppJourney" that the app created. Your other calendars and their events are never touched.

This cannot be undone. There is no recovery period and no backup we can restore from. If you sign in again afterwards you start with an empty account.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer open the app — you have changed phone, lost the device, or already uninstalled it — email ahmedzahranppc@gmail.com and ask us to delete your account.

Include the Google account email address you signed in with. That address is the only thing that identifies your profile; without it we cannot find the record to delete. You do not need to send us anything else, and we will never ask you for a password.

We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them, and reply to confirm when it is done.

Data on your device

Your tasks, notes, voice recordings, transcripts and photos are stored only on your phone and are never uploaded to us. An email request cannot reach them. Deleting the account from inside the app wipes them, and so does uninstalling the app — either way they are gone with the device.

What is kept after deletion

Nothing that is tied to your identity. The profile record, the push token, the attribution data and the counts are all removed, and we keep no copy under your name or email.

What remains is aggregated analytics: counts and totals in Firebase Analytics and in our advertising partners' measurement tools (Adjust, Meta, TikTok, Google) that carry no identifier and cannot be traced back to you or singled out again. These are the figures the AppJourney course teaches on — how many installs a campaign produced, how many people finished onboarding — and they contain no personal data.
